Prose gives every record a real document editor, and its notes read live values straight from the record. A summary written in March still reads true a quarter later.
Works on any object: Accounts, Cases, Opportunities, custom. No per-object setup.
Renewal risk check: annual revenue is $1.2M, the account has 7 open cases, and Dana Whitfield last replied 34 days ago.
Someone writes a careful account summary. They type in the revenue, the open cases, who the contact is. A month later every one of those numbers has moved, and the note still says what it said.
Nobody goes back to update a note. The record changes; the note doesn't. Salesforce's plain text box doesn't help you write a good one in the first place.
Before every call you recheck each field by hand, because you can't tell which parts of the summary are still true.
The context on an account, a case or a deal belongs next to that record, and it should be true when the next person opens it.
Radical One builds on Salesforce for a living. We've opened a record before a call and found a summary nobody could trust. Prose is our fix: a proper writing space that lives on the record and reads from it.
Same account, same summary, written in March. One typed its numbers in. The other uses Prose live values and a live record table.

Headings, tables, checklists and the Notion-style writing your team already expects, all from a single / command.
Accounts, Cases, Opportunities and whatever custom objects your org runs on. Nothing to set up per object.
Drop a value from the record into your sentence. Prose looks it up every time someone opens the note, so the note never goes stale.
Search every note with ⌘K. Notes save themselves as you type. Send one out when it's ready.
Show related records, like open cases, as a table that stays current.
Write a note once, start new ones from it. Your templates are yours alone.
Summarize, rewrite, continue, or ask a question about a note, once your admin connects a provider.
Private notes for anything that isn't about one record. Plus file import and dictation.
This is a working copy of the Prose editor on our demo account. Everything you add reads from the record.

Drop the Prose panel onto your record pages. It works on every object, so you do it once per page layout, not once per object.
Your team writes with /, drops in live values, and saves templates. The record keeps the notes true.
It looks like context, so people believe it. Here's what that costs when nothing reads from the record.
The outcomeContext that travels with the record and stays current.
In 30 minutes we'll show Prose on your own objects and set up your first live note together.
